e7f442d527 Simple program runs with sendAtomic!
Ignoring returned latency for now.
Refactored loadSections in ObjectFile hierarchy.

base/loader/object_file.cc:
Have each section record a pointer to image data.
This allows us to move common loadSections code into ObjectFile.
Also explicitly load BSS now since we need to allocate the
translations for it in syscall emulation.
cpu/base.hh:
Don't need memPort (just pass port in to ExecContext constructor).

mem/translating_port.hh:

Explicitly choose one of three timing models.
Statically allocate request and packet objects when possible.
    Several more minor bug fixes.
Works for simple program with SIMPLE_CPU_MEM_IMMEDIATE model now.
Probably have memory leaks with SIMPLE_CPU_MEM_TIMING (if it works at all).

0c2c7171a8 More progress... run a few instructions now, but die on the second
memory access (I think because we're deallocating our one and only
CpuRequest object).

mem/physical.hh:
Don't copy the packet to the response event, just keep a reference
    to the original.
mem/translating_port.cc:
mem/translating_port.hh:
Add parameter to writeBlobFunctional() to force allocation of
    unallocated pages on writes.

8fc06589cb Update functional memory to have a response event
Clean out old memory python files, move them into old_mem directory. Maybe we should just delete them, they are under revision control.

Add new py files for new objects.

SConscript:
Update because memory is just a header file now
base/chunk_generator.hh:
Make Chunk Generator return the entire size if the chunk_size is set to zero. Useful when trying to chunck on blocksize of memory, which can write large pieces of data.

b8a2d1e5c7 More progress toward compiling... partly by
fixing things, partly by ignoring CPU models
that don't currently compile.

SConscript:
Split sources for fast, simple, and o3 CPU models into
separate source lists. For now none of these are included
in the base source list, so you won't get any CPU models
at all... but we still can't compile the other stuff so

67b807d907 Clean up symbol table access functions and make it
possible to inline them. The symbol table is heavily
used in the stacktrace code and the faster access
functions should help out.

base/loader/symtab.cc:

base/loader/symtab.hh:
Move the various findFoo functions to the header file so they
can be inlined. Add findNearestAddr functions that don't
return the symbol. This is so you can figure out what
function you're in based on the symbol table, but not waste
time copying out the symbol name if you don't need it.

call accept on its listener so we can still attach a remote debugger

368882a847 Fix timing modeling of faults: functionally the very next instruction after
a faulting instruction is the fault handler, which appears as an independent
instruction to the timing model. New code will stall fetch and not fetch the
fault handler as long as there's a faulting instruction in the pipeline (i.e.,
the faulting inst has to commit first).

Also fix Ali's bad-address assertion that doesn't apply to full system.

Added some more debugging support in the process. Hopefully we'll move to the new
cpu model soon and we won't need it anymore.

arch/alpha/alpha_memory.cc:
Reorganize lookup() so we can trace the result of the lookup as well.
arch/alpha/isa_traits.hh:
Add NoopMachInst (so we can insert them in the pipeline on ifetch faults).
base/traceflags.py:
Replace "Dispatch" flag with "Pipeline" (since I added similar
    DPRINTFs in other pipe stages).
cpu/exetrace.cc:
Change default for printing mis-speculated instructions to true (since
that's often what we want, and right now you can't change it from the
    command line...).

base/statistics.hh:
    FS_MEASURE doesn't exist anymore
base/stats/text.cc:
don't print out bin names if there is only one bin
sim/process.cc:
don't zero stats. It happens automatically.
Don't activate the context at the time it is registered,
instead activate the first context in a startup callback.
sim/process.hh:
Add startup callback to initialize the first exec context
