- Message type for PM_CLOCK_SETTIME, PM_CLOCK_GETTIME, PM_CLOCK_GETRES, PM_GETTIMEOFDAY, PM_SETTIME. - Small adaptation, message only transfert sub-second time in nanoseconds, instead of both nano- and micro-seconds.
