57476292b0 include/time.h: merged 
- Defining CLOCKS_PER_SEC = 100, instead of 60.
   This define is here for legacy reasons, use sysconf(_SC_CLK_TCK) to
   retrieve the actual number of clock tick per second of the system in
   new code.

 - Moving stime prototype to minix/sysutil.h

6aa61efd09 VBOX: add host/guest communication interface 
This interface can be used by other system processes by means of the
newly provided vbox API in libsys.

0aa01a2dce Add vbox -- VirtualBox time sync driver 
Sets time forward to match the host time.

Started automatically if the corresponding device is present.
