f14fb60209 Libraries updates and cleanup 
* Updating common/lib
 * Updating lib/csu
 * Updating lib/libc
 * Updating libexec/ld.elf_so
 * Corrected test on __minix in featuretest to actually follow the
   meaning of the comment.
 * Cleaned up _REENTRANT-related defintions.
 * Disabled -D_REENTRANT for libfetch
 * Removing some unneeded __NBSD_LIBC defines and tests

3c57102616 devman: initialize libvtreefs hooks 
. uninitialized cleanup hook was causing devman crashes
	  on reboot, calling uninitialized cleanup hook whenever it
	  didn't happen to be 0

2bfeeed885 drop segment from safecopy invocations 
. all invocations were S or D, so can safely be dropped
	  to prepare for the segmentless world
	. still assign D to the SCP_SEG field in the message
	  to make previous kernels usable
