Also removing lseek64, pread64, pwrite64.
Those functions have lost their "raison d'être", when off_t switched to
64bits.

We have actually had lseek64 for quite a while now, so it's no longer
necessary to do horrible things to the partition table just to be able
to access large offsets into a device.
Also fix the compiler warnings in these commands.
