aa94c9ed55 arm:switch to dynamic configuration for the kernel. 
During startup machine.board_id is now determined. The kernel can now
at runtime determine how to configure itself and does so.

c8f3b10909 fix a few more minix specific warnings 
. also disable stack protection feature for gcc,
	  causes build errors for pkgsrc gcc on minix
