. mkfs.mfs: -T option to set timestamp of files on FS
	. mkproto: normalize (sort) order of directory entries
	. mkproto bugfix: always print mode in 3 digits (%03o)

Ben Gras cf6fa5ad92 mkfs, mkproto: minor improvements 
. mkfs: -x feature for extra space
	. rename manpage to mkfs.mfs.1 to follow the binary
	. move mkproto so it can become part of the tools easily
