libvtreefs: API changes/extensions, part 1

- move primary I/O buffer into vtreefs; change read hook API;
- add hooks for write, truncate, symlink, mknod, unlink, chmod/chown;
- modernize message_hook;
- change procfs, devman, gpio accordingly;
