gem5/cpu
Nathan Binkert dd4220ec10 rename the simple cpu's multiplier parameter. call it width.
it makes more sense and is less confusing.

cpu/simple_cpu/simple_cpu.cc:
cpu/simple_cpu/simple_cpu.hh:
    width is a better name than multiplier
