Gabe Black 239a89e713 Certain header files should only be used in FS.
src/arch/alpha/faults.hh:
    Only use pagetable.hh in FS
src/arch/alpha/pagetable.hh:
    pagetable.hh should only be included in FS, so protecting it internally should be unnecessary.
src/cpu/exetrace.cc:
    Only use tlb.hh in FS
