Nathan Binkert 8dd080032b Global whitespace fixes
Mainly removing whitespace at the end of lines.
This will reduce future diffs/conflicts.
Also adding a space after if, while, and for

This was all accomplished with:
#!/usr/bin/perl -pi~
s/[ ]+$//; # there is a space and a tab in the brackets
s/if\(/if (/g;
s/for\(/for (/g;
s/while\(/while (/g;
