Nathan Binkert 47dec0f411 Fix the singalling from server to client so that the
benchmark begins properly.

configs/boot/nat-netperf-maerts-client.rcS:
    Fix the echo message
configs/boot/nat-netperf-server.rcS:
    Wait a second before signalling the natbox to make sure it's
    had time to boot.
    Fix echo message.
