arch/alpha/isa_desc:
    remove the annotation junk
    Move some code to AlphaPseudo where it belongs
arch/alpha/pseudo_inst.cc:
arch/alpha/pseudo_inst.hh:
    remove the annotation junk
    add pseudo instruction code that was previously misplaced
