Rename builds more descriptively:
ALPHA -> ALPHA_SE (for Syscall Emulation)
KERNEL -> ALPHA_FS
KERN_TLASER -> ALPHA_FS_TL
Also renamed configs/kernel dir to configs/fullsys.
