i3status-rust: Update to latest master
...
The configuration file format has changed and network manager block
has been dropped.
Also, we have now moved to iwd and dropped Network Manager completely
and along with it wpa_supplicant.

The battery percentage feature relies on the experimental flag being
passed to the bluetooth daemon so that the bluez experimental API
can be used for battery percentage indication.
