nvim: init.vim: Remove netrw settings
vinegar seems to behave weirdly if these settings are in place. For example, each invocation of '-' results in a new netrw window and it persists unless explicitly closed. Signed-off-by: Sanchayan Maity <maitysanchayan@gmail.com>
