wireplumber: Migrate configuration from 0.4 to 0.5

https://pipewire.pages.freedesktop.org/wireplumber/daemon/configuration/migration.html#

Reintroduce the filter chain configuration we had in PipeWire for DT770
and input de-noising to WirePlumber.
